Want to grab yourself a bargain? Team up with family or friends and you can make some big savings on tickets at the Fringe.

We know that rising prices are a challenge for everyone right now, so today we wanted to take a look at a great way you can save money by booking tickets together with family or friends to access some pretty decent discounts to some of the biggest shows at this year’s Fringe.

Here is a rundown of some of the deals on offer.

Fringe Fridays 

Thank God It’s Friday! Celebrate the end of the week at this brand new event. Fringe Fridays are Ventnor Fringe’s very own mini music festivals. Two full days of live music in our stunning new cliff top venue at Flowersbrook, with a carefully curated line up by Ventnor Exchange.

Headliners are the Mercury Prize Nominated The Big Moon on 22nd July with the epic Goat Girl taking the reigns on the 29th July.

Tickets are £35 or £60 if booking both days together, but team up as a group of 6 and you can get this down to £25pp

Joe Plumb: Born To Be The Weather Wizard

Winner of the Rouse Audience Choice Award in 2021, Joe Plumb is back with an all new show which explores what makes a local celebrity. You can hear him talk more about the show in the ‘How To Fringe’ Podcast.

Tickets are £12 each but go with 3 friends and they cost a very pre-inflation £10!

Paul Zerdin: Hands Free

One of the best known ventriloquists around and winner of America’s Got Talent, Paul Zerdin will be bringing his latest smash-hit show to Ventnor for the first time. Sam, Albert, Baby, Roger the bodyguard and an urban fox have all survived the lockdowns and are back on the stage, so get ready to be involved!

The Good Times Show

A massive highlight of 2021 ‘Lets Circus’ follow up last year’s completely sold out run of ‘The Greatest Showpeople’ with ‘The Good Times Show’ which brings together artists from Japan, Australia and the UK in their intimate Big Top, The Magpie.


Unmistakably circus, this comedy driven variety show is a genuine all-ages experience. Expect acrobatics, aerial, comedy, unicycling and a gigantic red balloon! Hotel Paradiso
