Talk – Experience in the Military – Mission on Christmas Island

He left school at 16 and started working on electrical wiring, which he found very interesting but at 18 he had to go into national service and enrolled into the army royal engineers. He was a sapper in electrical, after he passed he was sent to Christmas Island where he spent the next 2 years looking after wiring and generators also sat with a nuclear bomb all night, he is now a member of nuclear test veterans.
