What we keep: 10% or 30% of your gross Box Office figure (ticket sales). We pay all the bank charges, commissions and booking fees from this share. There are no booking fees charged to members of the public.

What you pay: you will need to pay the registration fee of £50 (single performance) or £60 (multiple performances) once you have accepted your venue and slots. This is the only cost you will incur in addition to the venue deal arrangements above.

What Is The Minimum Venue Fee?

This is not charged up front, but taken out of your final Box Office settlement. Ventnor Fringe retains this fee or the chosen Box Office split whichever is higher not both. This is also the amount we charge participants that cancel after signing the contract. If your total Box Office amount does not meet the minimum venue fee, we will keep your Box office receipts and invoice you for the difference. It is important you understand before registering that you can end up owing the festival money if you do not sell enough tickets to meet this cost.
