Trading & Markets

Attracting tourists, locals and performers from all over the world, the festival's main hubs are great spots for traders.

Each year there are a limited number of spaces available for both art/craft and food/drink traders at the Festival, which are carefully selected to ensure they will fit into the ethos and atmosphere of the event. We are particularly interested in a diverse range of original, handmade, high-quality goods, designed and made by the traders themselves.

Applicants are advised to apply early to increase the chance of gaining a space.

Makers Market

Our Ventnor Fringe Makers Market returns  with affordable stalls available for artists, craftspeople and other artisans. Please note this market is not suitable for food/drink traders.

The Makers Market this year will take place at St. Catherine’s Church on Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd & Friday 28th, Saturday 30th July 2023.

Applications for The Ventnor Fringe Makers Market 2023 are now closed.

Food/Drink traders can contact us directly for rates and details. Please send us as much information as you can about your business to: hello@vfringe.co.uk

Fringe Village Traders

Got a creative idea for a stall in the Fringe Village in Ventnor Park? We have a small number of spaces for interesting ideas that might include artists work, vintage clothes, antiques, screen printed items, books, plants or homeware. Pitches cost £200+VAT for the full 10 days.

If you’re looking to trade for fewer days at a cheaper rate we have the Makers Market which might be more suitable.

If you have an idea for an installation or workshop that you can offer as part of your stall we’re happy to consider providing some free or discounted spaces to help make this possible. You can reach out to us with your idea at: hello@vfringe.co.uk
